We offer two shipping options: Standard shipping for $9.95, and free shipping on all orders of $150 or more within the United States, making it easier for customers to access high-quality research peptides while enjoying cost savings.
Shipping Availability
Please note that our shipping services are available exclusively for U.S. addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are committed to ensuring that your package arrives safely and in a timely manner, and we work with trusted carriers to provide the best shipping experience.
Note: Free shipping is not available for orders to Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipping Schedule
We process and ship orders Monday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays. Any orders placed after our designated cutoff time on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday to prevent delays in transit over the weekend. This schedule helps us maintain the integrity and stability of our products while in transit.

While we aim to provide the best possible rates, shipping fees and available options, including free shipping, are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Returns & Refunds Policy
At Peplogy, we uphold strict quality control standards to guarantee the integrity of our products. Because of the sensitive nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of products that were delivered correctly and in good condition. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, however, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, with a replacement or a full refund.
30-Day Free Returns for Wrong, Damaged or Missing Items
- Eligible items: a product that is not what you ordered, a product that arrived damaged, or an item missing from your order.
- Time limit: contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@peplogy.com with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo of the product and packaging.
- Free of charge: we cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid return label. Please keep the original packaging.
- Replacement or refund: once the return is received and inspected, we ship a replacement or refund the item to your original payment method — your choice.
- Missing items: nothing to send back; we ship the missing product or refund it.

For order cancellations, please contact us via email before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot process cancellations.
