Institutions ordering 100+ vials a month get Net 30 terms and can review the COA before each lot ships, and programs above 250 vials a month receive a custom agreement with lot reservations. Every lot is tested by HPLC and mass spectrometry, and the results are published in our COA library.

What if a lot doesn't match its COA?+
Tell us within 30 days and include the lot number. We review the data with the testing lab and replace or refund the affected vials.
