Technical Overview
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It binds to GHRH receptors and triggers the release of growth hormone (GH) from the anterior pituitary, which in turn raises levels of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1).
